Today, I met several amazing doctors. They were all VERY full of energy and personality! When they contacted me for head shots to be used for advertising in catalogs, I had no idea of how much fun this would really be. I normally do not take indoor photos due to lighting, however, I made an exception and I ended up very happy with this one.

The Texas heat has kept us inside! But, not for long! I met Miss Emi and her cousin Miss Emory. Together, they were able to show me that it is possible to beat the 107 degree Texas heat by having fun in the water!! Thank you to the Seng/Vuong Family for allowing me the opportunity to enjoy the summer heat with your precious children. They made me smile! :)

Vacation Bible School in Egypt - Tulsa Special Event Photographer

I had a very rare opportunity to photograph a very special group of children while learning all about ancient Egypt during their Vacation Bible School week. I traveled to Tulsa, Oklahoma and met some of the greatest little kiddos ever! I enjoyed seeing them worshiping God and learning all about Egypt. Thank you everyone for allowing me to photograph your special day, I had fun too!

BFF Cousins - Frisco Child Photographer

One of my goals for 2010 is to take many more photos of my own children. They grow up so fast and we can't take that time back. So, send me a cousin we haven't seen in 2 years and give me a camera!! Sweet Kaitlyn and Alyssa are BFF cousins. Of course, Alex had to put in his .02 too!! Too cute! Thanks Aunt Barbara for bringing Kait to Texas and surprising us all!! We love Kait and want to make this an annual tradition.

Have you ever wondered what your photos really looked like before processing? Like many other photographers, I'm still learning and trying to keep up to date with the various new techniques and software packages. I can't begin to tell you all of the various editing software packages. There are way too many to name. It usually takes me about 30 minutes to edit one photo.

Here are a few examples that will help you see the difference.

I took a stab at photographing flag football, I had no idea how FUN it would be!! It took me way back to when I was a kid and attended high school football games, the music and fun!! I hope no one was looking too hard at me because I was seriously dancing on the field as I took photos! :) Thank you to FFL team Jaguars for allowing me to photograph your mighty little guys during such an exciting time of their young life.
